1. Service Agreement
By engaging MaxRooter for plumbing services, you agree to these terms. All services are provided by licensed plumbing professionals in accordance with applicable local, state, and national codes.
2. Estimates and Pricing
MaxRooter provides written estimates before any work begins. Quoted prices are binding for the described scope of work. Additional work discovered during service will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For projects requiring parts and materials, a deposit may be requested.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
MaxRooter guarantees all labor for a period specified at the time of service. Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. If workmanship issues arise within the guarantee period, we will remedy them at no additional charge.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about plumbing issues, ensure reasonable access to the work area, and disclose any known hazards. Customers are responsible for securing pets during service visits.
6. Limitation of Liability
MaxRooter’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by inaccessible areas, or issues beyond our control.
